I had a chance to make a fig pudding at Jin Gu Nong Chang!

진구농장에서 무화과 푸딩을 만들 기회가 생겼어요!

진구농장 주인 아저씨와 사무실 아주머니와 쯔시앙에게 감사드립니다 

This is Fucus pumila, commonly known as "creeping fig"

이게 퍼커스 퍼밀라, 기어올라 자라는 무화과나무 입니다

left is male fig fruit and right is female fig fruit

왼쪽이 숫무화과 열매고, 오른쪽이 암무화과 열매에요

as its outer shape, the inside is also different

Left is male and right is female

we use female fig seeds to make a pudding

바깥모양처럼 안쪽 역시 다르게 생겼어요

왼쪽이 수무화과고 오른쪽이 암무화과에요

푸딩을 만들기 위해서는 암무화과의 열매를 써요

이게 무화과씨를 과일에서 떼어내는 법이에요

씨앗이에요!

Put the seeds in a cotton bag

씨앗을 면백에 담아요

Tie it tightly

꽉 묶어줍니다

Pour water in a bowl as much as you want

we put six cups of water to make six cups of pudding

원하시는 만큼 그릇에 물을 담으세요

저희는 6컵 넣었답니다

Squeeze the bag in the water as washing cloth

옷을 빨듯이 주머니를 물에 넣고 짜주세요

until colour turns like this

이런 색깔이 될때 까지요

Then, pour the water into cups

그 다음엔 이 물을 컵에 담습니다

Complete!

Now, wait until it turns into pudding!

완성!

이제 푸딩이 될때까지 기다리면 되요!

Even though we didn't put any sugar, it is very sweet

easy to make and good as a snack for kids

 설탕을 넣지 않았는데도 굉장히 달아요

만들기도 쉽고 애들 간식으로도 굉장히 좋아요

I think I can make a bear shaped fig pudding next time

다음엔 곰모양 무화과푸딩을 만들 수 있을것 같아요

Tie 5 string with a knot like this

이렇게 5 가닥의 끈을 매듭지어 묶습니다

hang the strings

끈을 겁니다

Make a knot with 2 strings

두가닥의 끈으로 매듭을 만듭니다

Now you have 5 knots

이제 5 개의 매듭이 되었습니다

Make knots again and the shape should be like this

매듭을 또 짓습니다 이런 모양이 되어야 해요 

Put your pot in the net

화분을 그물안에 넣습니다
